Crypsis

For the GDMFA workshop Alter Ego:

Frustrated with a world that emphasizes appearance over everything, my alter ego decided to learn all she can about the art of camouflage. In ecology this is known as crypsis, the ability of an organism to avoid observation or detection by other organisms. While typically used either as a predator or by prey, she instead uses it as an escape. Using a combination of original and found photography, the images blur the boundary between public and private using subtle devices to both conceal and reveal.
